At Organic Food Nepal, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality organic food products. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of organic, fresh, and consumable food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged or spoiled product
- The product has manufacturing or packaging defects
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Improper storage by the customer after delivery
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
2. Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted
To request a return, please contact us with:

- Product name
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (online payment)
- Bank transfer / mobile wallet (for COD orders)
🔹 Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement products will be delivered within standard delivery time
- No extra delivery charge for approved replacements
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.
6. Damaged Products During Delivery
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept the delivery if possible
- Take clear photos/videos immediately
- Contact our support team within 24 hours
7. Quality Assurance
All products at Organic Food Nepal are:
- Carefully sourced, cleaned, and packed
- Quality-checked before dispatch
- Stored following proper hygiene standards
However, natural products may have slight variations in color, size, or taste, which are not considered defects.
